Don´t go unless your desperate

This place just sucks. The rent is raised every year and the management is pretty awful. There are too many stairs and, although the parking seems ample, if you come home after 11PM, forget about parking anywhere near your building. <br> <br>The maintenance people are fantastic, though, the only thing they really can´t do is fix the A/C´s. <br> <br>Small list of complaints: the apartments are FREAKING HOT in the summer, and the A/C´s don´t work well at all (I´ve talked to others who have had similar complaints). I had my A/C serviced 3 times, and it still didn´t cool the apartment down. <br> <br>If you´re unfortunate enough to live on the 2nd floor as I was, be prepared to hear the pipes above you in the bedroom moaning and groaning all night long throughout the year. <br> <br>The walls are incredibly thin - I could hear my next door neighbor using his Instant Messenger all night. The chick upstairs from me had a very active sex life, and the guy below me felt the need to annoy all of us with his strange latin-rap music. After a month of that, I lodged a complaint to the office and nothing was ever done about it. <br> <br>I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE <br>
