Poor value; Difficult management
I lived there for a year. The apartment is small for the price and condition was moderate. The cabinets were falling apart- once an entire hung cabinet fell right off onto the floor. Prior to move-in I was promised the carpets were cleaned from previous owners with a cat; On move-in day, after renting a truck, I arrived to carpets covered in cat hair. I had to delay move-in a week while they cleaned the carpets. My stay there was okay, they repaired the hot water 5-6 times during my stay. On the way out, after checking the apartment and verbally saying it was fine (I took great care of it and wasn´t even there much) they sent me a bill for a "new countertop", amounting to $150 or so. I had not done any damage whatsoever to the countertop. I wrote them two letters and called numerous times to no avail. I should have pursued the issue further but was too busy. These guys are sleazebags, and the prices are way overpriced.Share This Review
