I&#39;m comfortable at Boulder Park.  People complain about loud neighbors and smells of curry... but it really depends on which building you are in (and if you have the balls to go upstairs and tell your neighbors to shut-up).  I guess I&#39;m lucky because my neighbors are really nice and they are not loud at all.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;-Great location (walking distance of grocery stores&#44; gas stations&#44; dunkin donuts&#44; fast food&#44; restaurants)&lt;br&gt;-Friendly staff&lt;br&gt;-Nice new gym&lt;br&gt;-Friendly neighbors&lt;br&gt;-Snow removal is quite decent&lt;br&gt;-Safe area (I&#39;m a 22 year old chick and I walk around the complex alone at night with no worries)&lt;br&gt;-Parking is NEVER a problem&#44; there are plenty of spots for yourself and guests&lt;br&gt;-Well landscaped&lt;br&gt;-Roomie apartments&#44; BUTTTTTT&lt;br&gt;-THE WINDOWS LEAK COLD AIR (I have been sick for 3 months now)&lt;br&gt;-They wont fix the windows&lt;br&gt;-Heat bill is high because the windows suck&lt;br&gt;-Hallway floors have dips and holes under the carpet&lt;br&gt;-The speed bumps suck&#44; but I&#39;ve seen worse

I lived at Boulder Park for 5  years and in that time I saw my rent go up a lot; ownership change hands and it went from bad to worse.  The unit was old with horrible appliances&#44; drafty windows&#44; thin walls and so on.  It got so bad I heard a female outside my window at 2:00 am urinating in the bushes. The place had a lot of problems.  Heating system was something that was left over from the Flinstones TV show&#44; it got so bad that they had to get scrap parts from other apartments to fix what was wrong in our unit.  The front office staff were very rude&#44; especially the manager who I had words with on more then one occasion.  

When tenants moved and it was a lot&#44; I&#39;d congratulate them on moving on and saw many who were very happy to move on.  I was very happy to get out of there and live in a better place that was quiet and had good neighbors and actually had parking.  

If you can own vs. rent the differences are night and day.  Boulder Park showed me that dealing with a large management organization was not worth it.  Being in the management business myself for many years on the non-profit side if the manager there worked for me.  Seeing what I saw they would have been fired on the spot.  

I have been living here for almost 3 yrs....and I can&#39;t say enough nice things....I have made it my home. I&#39;m on the end unit which makes it more private. And&#44; I do have great neighbors in my building. Repairs done very promptly. Management is very friendly. Great picnics and celebrations for the children (Halloween party fantastic! & Christmas Party wonderful)..Gym and pool very clean...nice playground for the kids (& wanna be kids)...I am off to work at 6am - in winters I have no problems getting out of the complex even in the biggest snow storms. The grounds are meticulous!. My building does not allow dogs. I have seen the not-so-nice reviews and honestly&#44; I feel bad that those tenants felt that way. I am a positive person&#44; so I always look on the brighter side. This IS APARTMENT LIVING but it is by far&#44; the best apartment around.

I have held back on writing a review for this site for sometime. I lived at BP for many years both before and after new new owners came in. The new manager was worse then the old one.  She has been described here as a &#34;bully&#34; and other things&#44; while I can&#39;t comment on that. I will on my own experience&#44; the maintance trys and are good people. They just have a very cheap company&#44; they have to canabalize other apartments to get parts for boilers or replace appliances. The place has lot of empty units&#44; I worked in property management myself and can say that the manager and her staff are all smiles and then stab you in the back. I&#39;ll refrain from calling them the B word&#44; becuase they know they are...

It boils down to bad management and it starts at the top. They spent money on fixing the place but the apartments were still sub par with others in the area.  

Don&#39;t live here find a private landlord...Don&#39;t let me mention the parking with snow storms&#44; Ms. Manager I read you the riot act on that.  Screw!

Boulder Park (managed by princeton properties) is by far the best apartment complex I&#39;ve lived in in the Nashua area&#44; and I&#39;ve been in quite a few! The staff is very helpful&#44; courteous and always friendly.The maintenance guys were terrific&#44; always on time and respectful of my home.
The apartments in themselves are very clean&#44; look very new and contemporary. The overall area was very quiet&#44; especially considering the amount of people that they house here. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the fact that the walls are pretty thin between apartments.
The only reason I&#39;m leaving is to save some money to buy a home soon! I&#39;m sad to leave such a spacious and comfortable home&#44; but I&#39;ve got to take advantage of that first time homebuyer&#39;s credit in 2009!! 


Boulder Park # 1 Nashua Apartments

After spending time at Boulder and interviewing 1/2 dozen tenants and meeting with Cheryl and her team&#44; I can share the following.

1) Princeton is working very hard to continually improve Boulderpark; by addressing feedback from their current and past residents.

2) In reading this form&#44; I shared many of the negative comments with the current residents and found they were completely surprised. My assessment is that while I&#39;m sure there are and have been issues... it looks like the majority of the residents are very happy there.

3) I found Cheryl and her team; professional&#44; compassionate&#44; and very fair. In fact&#44; they went the extra mile to help make us feel comfortable and happy.

I strongly recommend against renting at Boulder Park Apartments: units are old, smell, hot water is not reliable, management are terrible people, and you can find much better places nearby.

Do NOT sign the security deposit contract unless you&apos;ve actually seen YOUR unit, and have agreed on the lease terms. Once you&apos;ve submitted the security deposit they OWN you, so make sure you know what you are getting into.

I didn&apos;t have a chance to visit the place beforehand. I signed a lease for unit 632 (The Jackson), which according to the blueprints had 5 windows in the living room (I even paid extra because my unit supposedly had &quot;extra sunlight&quot;). I ended up with a unit that had only 2 windows in the living room.

To make matters worse my unit smelled like curry. I had to spend my first week cleaning cabinets and kitchen over and over to get rid of the smell.

Also, don&apos;t expect to have reliable hot water. Some days, water temperature cycled between ice cold and fire hot, making it IMPOSSIBLE to take a shower. Other times hot water didn&apos;t work altogether.

Unfortunately, the company I was working for in Nashua went bankrupt 4 months after I had signed my lease. I landed a new job on the West Coast and had to find a way to break the rental contract. They didn&apos;t work with me to find a solution. Management didn&apos;t allow me to sublet. I proposed bringing in a new customer that would had signed a new lease for my unit, but they didn&apos;t approve it. In the end I had to get a bank loan and pay over 4k up front in fines (exactly what I needed when the company I was working for was going bankrupt).

Positive points: the view was not terrible

I have had a really good experience here despite having moved in about a month before the pandemic hit. The Management Team, particularly Kelly, Lauren, Maureen and Carissa has been very caring and honest and has responded immediately to any concerns I had. The 24 hour response team have promplty responded after hours. The maintenance staff is great, experienced, friendly and kind, many thanks especially to Cy, The neighborhood and the other residents are very quiet and the buildings are neat and safe. Despite the necessity for social distancing my neighbors have been as polite, friendly, and helpful as possible. I live in a pet friendly building and not once have I ever heard barking or any other indication that the pets are even there.The units are well sized and the windows afford a lot of light. Trash removal takes place three times a week and the bins are tidy and well placed. The appliances and fixtures are older but are kept in good condition. The grounds are immaculate. As with any apartment it is always best to visit or tour the actual unit in which you will be living.There is a mall including a supermarket within walking distance as are the bus station and a local bus stop . Enjoy your stay here!

For apartment living its not so bad. Quit mostly but it can get pretty loud depending your neighbors. I like the fact that they have no smoking buildings and buildings for people with dogs etc. The grounds are really nice and the staff at the office are nice. They also have on property storage units which is really nice if you can get one.

I have had a wonderful experience living here. Any maintenance work that I have requested in the past have quickly been taken care of in a professional manner. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The gym and pool area are well maintained. Importantly, I feel safe living here.

Has been a great experience I am born and raised here this is home and always will   access to shopping fine dining and any thing you could possibly need access to. People here are generally over all polite and friendly and willing to lend a hand.

Most units not updated, which I don't care about, but pricey for what you get. Everything else is good. I feel safe here, noise is good, plentiful parking, responsive office staff, etc. I have had a couple of packages go missing but in general have enjoyed my time here. Need to get a 1BR next year and am having a hard time justifying the price. May have to move, but I like the location. Cheap utilities.

I moved in not thinking how much I'd want balcony or porch.  First floor feels unsafe, bushes block windows, never know if someone might break in .
Kitchen is old.  
Carpeting had /has stains 
When you turn oven on, you need a fan turned on in hall or alarm sounds. And yes, oven clean.
Windows drafty..

From day one, the staff was extremely responsive, professional, timely, and courteous. When I moved in, the apartment was extremely clean and newly painted.  A few days after I moved in, I put in a service request for some sticky windows, and it was promptly corrected.  I also put in a complaint about some noisy neighbors, and they promptly addressed it.  When I go to the administrative office, there are smiles all around.

nice. Quite close to stores storage on site access to highway and multiple restaurants and shopping centers pets allowed care free living and pool and exercise room .something breaks i just make a call and its fixed at no added cost.

We have only been here a few months and so far so good. We are on the 2nd floor, not far from the laundry room. Which has pretty nice washer and dryer. So far people are nice and since we moved in during the quarantine all respect the 6 ft rule and use masks in public areas. I am just hoping we aren't to loud for our downstairs neighbors. And that when someone moves in upstairs that their not to loud for us. Building are older but really well kept. The grounds are well maintained, places to pinic grill out. Playground, pool. Inside the hallways the lighting is dim maybe the wall color and the floor colors add to that effect. But once inside windows everywhere so...

It's a very peaceful community and very decent people live around. Its very clean and beautiful.  Apartments are spacious . The office staff and maintenance guys are great . They actually knock at our doors if we forget  to move our cars for snow removal. Instead of just towing it. This is so cool.

I just moved into a Boulder Park apartment and love it. Our girls use the pool at least 3 times a week. We had a maintenance request that was completed really quickly. The staff is really friendly. Our apartment is spacious and we love being here.

The office and maintenance staff are very professional and responsive.  The grounds and buildings are well kept and enhancements are performed often.  I've lived in two buildings and love my current apartment. I recommend this complex to anyone looking.

This place is perfect. It is close to many stores and restaurants, including medical services and automobile fix-it shops. It also very close to the major highways so you do not need to go far for work.

Maintenance and office staffs are very nice and professional. These are old apartments, so constant maintenance are needed. They response fairly well with individual request. However, general area like door locks need more attention. In general residents are friendly except we have theft in people stealing mails or parcels so we have to ship everything to clubhouse.

Great community, quiet and neighborly. Storage and dishwasher are small and impractical (open it up when you view an apartment, it can't fit a standard baking sheet and the top rack configuration is just plain bizarre/useless). Appliances are outdated (estimating 20+ years old) they make odd noises and lack energy efficiency settings, and replacements tend to be refurbishments of the same model. If you are a home cook or baker, you're going to struggle. The laundry situation is also a whole ridiculous thing... The maintenance team is great, timely and good with communication. It's a bit overpriced, even for the current market, but a good place to live overall if you're looking for privacy and don't mind dealing with a corporate property management company and all of the nickle-and-diming while cutting corners that comes with them.

I have enjoyed my experience since moving in this past June. Everyone is so nice and the leasing office is always helpful with answering any questions. Such a nice community to be a part of. Everyone is always welcoming and respectful.
