HORRIBLE WITH A CAPITAL H!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently lost my job which is no surprise in this economy. After a month I was able to find a job in my field in Cambridge, MA. With only a month and a half left on my lease I thought that management would be reasonable and allow me out of the lease because I am required to relocate. After all they should have no problem renting the unit, which is well kept by me, with the new low rents they now offer. Instead management is unreasonable, so I am subjected to drive over 100 miles a day back and forth from work, spending an average of 5-6 hours a day in my car. Traffic on rt 3 is a nightmare. Also rents have been lowered dramatically, because with all the bad press and empty apartments, it must have been hard to rent. You would think that they would lower the rents of people already subjected to the high rents. No way, not a Boulder Park.Management are rip off artists who do not care for your well being or the condition of your apartment. For most of the winter I didn´t bother to turn the heat on because with the windows not making a proper seal, you can´t heat the apartment. I also got a carbon monoxide monitor and it was reading at the alert level. How many of you wake up with headaches? My advice is stay away. This place is a trap and not a safe place to live healthwise. Take the hint that there are more bad reviews than good on this website. All the bad press is true!No wonder management must make a posting about how wonderful they are once in a while to keep the rating for Boulder park in the 2´s.
