Not worht the cost
I lived there for 3 years. I moved into a Single bedroom that had a beautiful view of the electrical box for the building. When I moved in they told me that the bay windows are so nice that they an apartment with one is worth $50 a month more. Though they will jack up your rent on your first renewal whether you have one or not.

The heating sucks. A lot of people complain that that the apartments are too hot, that is because the heat from all the lower apartments rises into other apartments. I was on the first floor freezing every year. They had to fix my heater at least once a year and in Jan 2003, they fixed the heater 5 times.

The windows would never shut tight. And it took a real effort to open them. The AC was nice but it could only cool the living room in the single.. the bedroom couldnt get any circulation even with fans. When the heaters did work, they barely made up for the cold air leaking in from the windows. There was 5 degrees difference between the outside wall and the heater.

By the time I left the wall was cracking and the vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen was starting to come undone.

For the cost, it isnt worth it. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was it was within walking distance of my job.Share This Review
