Absolutely horrendous. Kelly Blake is a terrible property manager. And you'll be paying average rent prices for apartments that are incredibly outdated. Never been offered to have everything redone in here, and I've been here at least 4 years or so now. And the rent just increases every year, and for what? All they do is take care of the lawn with that extra cash.

    Honestly, not impressed whatsoever. The rent is pricey for the value of the apartments, and no laundry in units. I had a gas leak for over two weeks that nobody seemed to even care to solve and was offered zero compensation or even sympathy for the struggle of my issue. Highly do not recommend this place. I've only lived here as long as I have for convenience sake. Also, and just a very small complaint, any time I have reached out for maintenance or a general inquiry, you are asked for your preferred contact method. I take phone calls all day for work, so I always put my preferred contact method as email. I cannot name a single time that I put in a communication request and get phone calls in return instead of emails. Mildly irritating.

      Thank you for your review. My apologies for the delay in making the repair in your apartment. It was an unusual repair that required a special order and a licensed plumber. Because of the unusual nature of the repair and the extended time it would take to fix it, I really wanted to be able to speak with you in person, rather than just emailing you.       Not a good one so far. We were quoted to pay X amount of money for first month/security, we paid that amount. Then we moved in and were called to the office to be told that the staff misquoted the amount we had to pay, but we still owed them $180 even though they had made the mistake. And the appliances/cabinets suck considering the price. Only upside is the location really. You can find much better places for the same amount of money, or even less.

        I'm so sorry that we miscalculated your security deposit amount. We did offer you the option of paying the $180 difference, or just signing a revised lease, showing the actual amount that we did collect, and you chose to pay the difference. It was absolutely our error and we wanted you to have the choice. I'm sorry if it felt like that was not the case. Hopefully we will do better in the future, Thank you- Kelly Blake, Property Manager
