Sometime good sometimes bad. Taking care of my bathroom was great. Communication is effective most of the time. Lighting is still an issue and it makes it hard to walk at night, just to get some exercise.

Management is accessible and responds to your needs promptly. Maintenance does a great job of fixing whatever needs to be fixed. One time a maintenance person came to fix a light fixture and broke a plastic container. He could have not said anything but he reported it. It was a useless item. I like people owning up to their mishaps. Also residents are pretty much friendly.
