The location is unbeatable- nearby amenities and proximity to rt 3, along with quietness of the north-Nashua area all are features that are heavy advantages. The downsides though: old buildings, old features and fixtures (especially the bathroom being out of date and at best, mediocre in functionality), the noise from neighbors, the noise between upstairs/downstairs, the terrible insulation and heat loss during winter, are very impactful disadvantages that significantly chip away at both sanity and quality of life. These issues, that most residents begrudgingly endure day to day, prevent any unit I've lived in from really feeling like a "home", and more like a dorm stepping-stone until I can find a real, permanent residence. I wish that was Boulder Park, but because of the issues above and many more, it is not at all...
