Been here for four years. Location is good. Parking is good. Saftey is good. Maintenance is very good. Apartment appearance and conditions are not up to date and rent to value is not reasonable. No lundary in unit. Air leaks through walls and windows and winter could be challenging especially if you have kids. Heat system is old. There are other places around could worth better value than this. Been here for four years for personal reason but will move out as soon as I can.

The location is nice and the appearance is good but the rent is quite high. Could find another place with lower rent and same features or better including location, washer dryer in unit, and more rooms and space.
