I've enjoyed my time living here. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive and it is a very quiet area. Their pet policy is reasonable and people generally are good about picking up after their animals. More spots to barbecue and picnic tables would enable better opportunities to enjoy being outside.

    I love living here and hope to be renewing my lease for another year soon. This is one of the few communities in Nashua that has an outside pool for the summer which I really enjoy. The grounds are well maintained overall and the neighbors are cordial.

      This community delivers good quality for the money and seems to be trying to keep rental rates reasonable. I love the flexibility provided to residents to have pets and the pool in summer is something that's hard to find elsewhere.

        This is a nice quiet building with friendly neighbors. I like my apartment very much and the convenience of a laundry on each floor as well as access to a nearby summer pool and year round fitness center.

          I love my building which is quiet and well maintained not only by staff but by building residents. I love having access to a pool during the summer months and the fact that there are walking areas. I wish we had more outdoor locations to barbecue and sit outside.
