I have lived in this complex for seven out of the last eight years. It is always safe, quiet, and comfortable. The staff and maintenance are professional and quick to answer any questions or repair issues. The one bedrooms are a bit small, the two bedrooms are really large. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment.

Used to be nice here. Now the staff are unfriendly and they are letting just anyone move in. This place has really gone downhill. All they really care about is if the grass is green. In the mean time. They the trash move in.

I have lived in this complex 4 out of the last 5 years. Lived here for 1 year then moved to another apartment complex that I thought that I would like better. A year later when my lease at the other complex was over, I moved back here. It's peaceful, except for the banging of feet on my ceiling from my neighbor upstairs. I've never complained to the office staff. It's a young teenage boy, and boys are energetic and loud. Otherwise, it's safe, grounds are well maintained, staff are friendly and responsive, maintenance staff are very responsive. I put in a maintenance request late one evening, by 9 o'clock the next morning it was completed. I've lived in a one bedroom unit, it was on the smaller size. I live in a two bedroom unit now and it very large. The buildings are aging and the windows should are inefficient and should be replaced at some point. I'm 100% satisfied with my experience and appointment at this complex. I just signed a lease for another year.
