I've been living here for about a year now and I'm have enjoyed the experience. The windows are a bit drafty and the in-unit AC can't cool the whole apartment, I suggest new residents consider getting additional AC units and/or fans. Otherwise, the grounds are beautiful, the management is professional, the on-site gym is small but nicely appointed.

It's quiet, safe, beautiful, and I love it here. Some of the fixtures and appliances are outdated, but the maintenance staff responds quickly to any problems and does their best to fix it the first time.

I have only been here for 2.5 weeks but I am very happy so far. We had to enter a service request and the maintenance guys showed up the next day. They were polite and wore face masks (which was greatly appreciated). I also love the grounds. They're wonderful for taking walks. I go for a walk around the complex at least once a day and I enjoy all of the trees, flowers, etc. Also on the grounds are a couple of organic fields! My neighbors are quiet and respectful and the convenience of having laundry facilities, not only on site but on the same floor, is greatly appreciated. The only note: no central air but they do have one AC built in to every unit. You'll probably need at least 1 more if you're sensitive to heat like I am.
