Thank you for your review. I know that you were frustrated with our policy when trying to transfer to a new apartment with a roommate. Unfortunately, we do require that all applicants pass our credit check, the criminal background check and qualify income wise for the apartment. In this case, your roommate did not pass the required criteria to move in.. This certainly does not affect your ability to stay in your current apartment for the remainder of your lease and you can choose to renew your lease again and stay in your apartment for another year (or longer!) if you would like to.
