Very well maintained and modest apartment. My service needs are met promptly and issues are resolved with quality work. The rent is among the cheaper in the area. I recommend for young professionals and those that live alone.

My apartment has been a good deal for the money I'm paying. It's not a supe luxury apartment, but it's well cared for and has been a nice place to live. I've worked exclusively from home while living here and my apartment has been a conducive place to work.

My experience has been great so far. The staff at Boulder Park are friendly and helpful and answered all questions I've had. The area is well maintained and the amenities and facilities are a great part of living here.
