Quiet,great location for convenience to highway,grocery stores,restaurants,banks.Very good with snowplowing.Maintenance when needed is quick to attend to your problem and solve it,professional and friendly.

I have been here for 2 years and I love the convinience of the location to grocery stores,highway, restaurants ect,ect.It is a quiet community..I have been satisfied with maintenance as my few problems have been resolved quickly..They did quite a bit to improve the landscape this fall which needed it badly.Hopefully it will pay off this floor.

Great Location..Like the flloor plan.Needs to be updated. Hallway rugs need replacing.The grounds needed alot of landscaping and curb appeal.Much landscaping has recently been done so results should be evident in the spring.

These are apartments are in a good location.Close to highway and grocery stores and restaurants.I like the apatment itself,but appliances are very old.lanscaping is not good.They only concentrate on the entrance of the complex and the office landscaping.Quiet community,Staff is very nice,and I have not needed maintenace much but when I did they were very prompt.

maintenance responds very quickly and have always fixed the issue.Hallways are kept very clean.Security is good.Washer and dryer on every floor very handy.Landscaping in front of apt buildings very poor.No flowers,dead grass all over.

Maintenance service is very quick.Quiet and plowing is done in a timely manner. OrLandscaping needs much improvement.Hallways and.laundry rooms are always very clean.Email is sent out regarding important that tenants should be aware of.Covid regulations followed and updated.

Love the apartment very clean when I moved in again the Landscaping is horrible looks neglected I have not seen the apartment inside I would not have chosen to live here because of they neglected appearance outside I took a chance and hopefully this will change
