Kind, friendly staff. Maintenance staff aid generally efficient, professional. The main areas in the apartments are generally clean. The outside is kept up to date and clean. The inside of the apartments can use some updates.

Clean, quiet and the rent compares well with neighborhood prices although it seems to be increasing annually. Outside appearance is updated and clean. Apartments could use some updating; more attention should be paid to updating the interior (although new toilets were recently installed, so hopefully that's a trend starting). Staff is kind and helpful.
