The experience of living in this community has been great so far. There have been some instances were community property has been out of commission for several weeks at a time (example: the washer/dryers) which is an inconvenience. But otherwise the office is pretty quick to address other maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Thank you for your review! I apologize for the delay in the getting the laundry equipment on your floor repaired. It is an outside company that owns the machines, and they sometimes have to wait for the correct parts. Hopefully you were able to make use of the machines on the other 2 floors though. Brand new to Boulder Park, but so far, the experience has been great. The apartment was super clean when I moved in. They do a great job maintaining the inside and outside. The community seems great so far as well - the people here are very friendly! I'm very happy here so far!
