My experience has been ok since I've moved in. However there's a recurring problem that has not been resolved. Property management has not been able to help solve the problem, for whatever reason. Management was unreasonable regarding some issues, unable to compromise. Which is too bad.

My experience has been fine up until the last couple of years. I have had a leaky ceiling that has not been fixed properly. The rent has increased while nothing has been upgraded in the apartment. Most of the grounds are kept very neat, except for the so-called "organic meadow" which is an absolute eyesore. The location of the complex if very convenient, which is a plus.

Thank you for your review. We are frustrated by the ceiling leak as well. Hopefully the roofing company that came out and made the most recent repair, has figured it out this time. Water leaks can be tricky, as you might fix one area, but then the water diverts to another area. Sometimes it can take a few times to resolve the issue. We do appreciate your patience. The community has been alright. Recently I have been having a problem with the increase in rent. The increase does not measure up with the quality of the apartment I currently rent. Drafty windows, leaky ceiling (FOUR TIMES), old kitchen cabinets. The staff has been courteous, but too many issues with the apartment.

Living here has been fun so far, the community is well kept. Maintenance crew have been fantastic and on time with any issues. Very accessible to major highway, shopping area, restaurants and bars. Overall a good experience so far.
