Boulder Park is well maintained and my apartment was pristinely clean upon move-in. Property management keeps residents well informed on all maintenance needs, parking updates and/or weather related issues. I find it particularly attractive for single resident living as there is very reliable and responsive maintenance. Highly recommended!

The Boulder Park Apts staff are stellar and incredibly professional! My leasing agent (Victoria Willan) was so helpful finding the perfect apt for me as I was downsizing but also required ease of access due to some health issues. My new apartment was spotless with all appliances in working order. I've lived in this general area for my entire tenure in New Hampshire. I only wish I had been living in Boulder Park Apts even sooner! :-)
