Mostly what I expected. Sadly the rent goes up. Leasing office/property management doesn't seem to believe me when mentioned the speed bump issue and the obvious effect it has on the tires, suspension, undercarriage and exhaust system/oil pan on many vehicles

Hi Greg, Thank you for your review. I know that you were not happy with my answer when we talked about the speedbumps previously. You have lived with us for 8 years (which we appreciate!) and the speedbumps have always been the same height and shape. I do understand your concern, because I also drive over them every day. But, you should be fine, if you go over them slowly, which is the entire purpose of them. Thank you, Kelly Blake, Property Manager

I wish that I could. But I interact very little, work odd hours and shifts They really need to do something about those speed bumps, they're not supposed to have corners or be THAT high,and I am pretty sure it is damaging my car

Hi Greg, Thank you for your review. There is no requirement for the shape and height for a speed bump, and these speed bumps have been in place since 2006. The speed bumps are in place, for the safety of our residents, to slow down the traffic coming up and down the hill. Kelly Blake, Property Manager

So far so good. No place is perfect, especially during the complications involving the Covid 19 related measures; but they do try. I would prefer that certain amenities such as the gym were still available; but I understand their reasons even though I disagree with them

Thank you for your review. This has certainly been a trying year for everyone. The fitness center did re-open last June, we just have some new polices in place, such as adhering to the mask mandate, no more than 3 people at a time in the fitness center and you must schedule your time slot by logging into your resident portal account.
