don't even want to give a 1 star. I want to give a 0. This is the worst apartment ever. To all the future residents, please don't rent here. It's a torture living here. The management is so rude and don't care for their tenants. The winter experience is so horrible because of their leaky windows(big holes). The temperature inside the house near the windows used to be 30 degrees and inside the house it was always less than 55 degrees. I complained about the heat and the leaky windows multiple times and the management asked me to use a insulation wrap. I did use insulation wrap but it didn't even last 2 weeks due to the the cold air gushing in from the leaky windows. Instead of fixing the heater and the windows even after my multiple complaints from November to March, they sent a technician finally in march at the end of the winter and he brought 2 small electric heaters which was so stupid. This was such a horrible experience and we suffered a lot as we had to sit right in front of the heater(which I bought) all winter for 5 months. No one has to go through this torture. I have a video to prove this and I will upload the video here. The laundry in our floor was not functional for almost 6 months and no one even came to fix it. I had to pay a penalty of 4 months rent for moving out. 2 months rent for the lease termination and 2 months rent for 60 day notice. I requested a lot to reduce the lease termination penalty but they didn't agree. For normal wear and tear and some cleanliness, they charged me $750 on top of the 4 months rent penalty for moving out. Please don't rent here. I am telling this from my experience. This apartment and this management is not worth your time and energy.
