I have been at this facility for almost a year and a half. I have never had any issues at this property and happily re-upped my lease when the time came. I have only ever had to request maintenance three times, two of which were of VERY low priority. All three were handled within 12 hours, they were handled the first time, and the maintenance workers are very professional and friendly.

I have been immensely impressed with this community since moving in. The viewing was very thorough, and the office staff are polite, and happy to answer any and all questions that we had. The actual apartment is very spacious, and clean when we moved in. In the year that we have lived here we have only had to send in two work orders and both orders were fixed within 24 hours. The neighbors we have are all friendly, and the maintenance to the building has been kept at a high level.
