It is a great little community that's really close to everything. The rent is a little high, but it's nice to be close to so many places and my work. I like seeing so many people outside interacting with one another. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond to any needs you have. Snow removal is great, roads are always clean. Just be careful of the speed bumps going up the hill or you will blow out your suspension

Really nice place. They take care of the landscaping and snow removal is good. Communication could be better. There have been times when I am not aware that my car needs to be moved for something or there's no parking at my building

A great place to live. Surrounded by shops and easy access to the highway. The staff are kind and make the area look beautiful. Winters are easy as they always have someone plowing. If you ever have an issue, the service staff are quick and expedient
