Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your experience has not been perfect. It sounds like there may be some confusion. I see that your pending lease renewal is for 12 months. If you are looking for different lease terms, please let me know and we can work with you! Also, we do have some great storage options, ranging from a 5X5 (which is on the smaller side) up to 10X25 (which is pretty big). It is true that we charge for replacing broken blinds. New blinds are installed when you move in and they typically last several years. We do replace the occasional broken blind as a courtesy, but when all 9 are broken, there is a cost that the resident does incur for the replacements.
