LOUD floors above. High rent with outdated kitchens, no washer-dryer in units, inefficient cooling. Drafty windows (increased heating expense) Limited storage. Pretty grounds. Beautiful leasing office. Fun community events. Good maintenance department. Awesome snow removal.

I've loved working with Maureen in the front office. She responds professionally and quickly. Always a smile when I come down to ask questions. The maintenance department is fantastic. Announcements are on time and informative.

No frills. Nothing included in rent but rent!!! Large master with 2 bdrm. Storage facilities are not clean or safe. VERY small pool. Overpriced but what else can you find these days? Nice tennis courts.

Beware of bait and switch as the apartment we moved into was not the apartment we waited for. Trash overflows often in community bins. Everything is ala carte!!! Nothing included in rent but the apartment. The amenities are incredibly small for the number of units in this property. Pool is very small. Workout room is very small. Storage units leak and look very worn down. The paint was still tacky when we moved in and now the things stored under the kitchen sink are sticking to the bottom or come out with paint on the bottom. I think they "painted" the tub with something and it feels like it's peeling under your toes. The floors slant horribly in the master bedroom resulting in furniture tipping forward and need to be leveled with discs. Because of the tight housing market, this community feels justified and charging rent that is higher than a mortgage. The building we moved into was touted as the "newer" renovated units. The carpet was nice the first couple of weeks but there are lingering stains from a water leak that went unfixed for over a month. The wall still has not been repaired fully and is somewhat of an eye sore. The outer door leading into the apartments is often slightly open and not latched for security. This review may be a bit picky but they are things I wish I'd know before I signed the lease.
