We have enjoyed our two year experience at Boulder Park. The recent upgrade in landscaping and our building interior has been a plus. The new color scheme is attractive and the upgraded door handles/ locks makes apartment entry easier. We look forward to continuing experience with the property.

We've enjoyed our first year and look forward to the coming year. Particularly happy to be here as the buildings and grounds are being upgraded with new colors,new carpeting and new landscaping as the season permits.

The first year here has been very nice. I see/ watch the efforts made to maintain the property and grounds. We're luck to be here at the time when the buildings are being updated and the landscaping improved.

New to area and just learning the roads and services in town. Local property is well kept and grounds are well maintained. So far we are happy we relocated here from New York City. Must say the darkness at night takes getting use too.
