Love the space, maintenance staff was great and we have had such a quiet experience living here. We are on the third floor and it's always been so quiet and you wouldn't know we're in an apartment building.

Maintenance staff is great, management on the other hand is not very communicative. We went 16 days without heat and management told us on multiple occasions that they would be coming to fix it and never showed up. There was no rent discount or anything offered besides broken space heaters which a work order was put in and they ignored. The apartment is spacious and newer, however not all of them are updated.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry about the delay in getting your heating system replaced. We do rely on a licensed plumber to install our heating systems, and we must wait for them to get it scheduled and to get a permit from the city for the installation. We have found that the space heaters are a good option, and do provide ample heat in the interim (and luckily we had a period of mild weather). I think the issue you were experiencing, is that you can only have 1 space heater on a circuit breaker at a time. My apologies if the maintenance team did not explain this to you when they delivered them. Thank you, Kelly Blake, Property Manager
