This is a nice quite place to lay your head. Rents are fair, ample parking, prompt response for maintenance requests. Snow removal is prompt but management does ask you to wake up early to move your car; so may be annoying if your schedule is not a normal 9-5.

A nice, quiet community. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. Prices are decent. Would like to see a dumpster just for recycling in the future. Lots of animal owners and parents in the area. Ample parking for your guests.

A large but quiet community. Clean facilities, ample parking. Maintenance requests are prompt for the few I've had to call in; a blown outlet due to electrical work in another apt and a bulb change in the kitchen.

Great community and location. Tons of parking and amenities. Management is prompt with emails about upcoming snow removal. Nice place to live, especially for pet owners. My only complaint is that there is not a dumpster for recycling and the one we do have fills fast; it is already emptied twice a week.
