Nice community living. Office maintenance engineers are very responsive to any work orders. Lots of turnover in neighbors causing lots of extra noise and traffic in local areas. Parking can be difficult after 7PM.

Great location, beautiful grounds and quick responses to any maintenance requests. No ceiling buffers and noise from apartments above can be loud and annoying especially if there are children or loud music.

Large apartment and extremely clean - quiet building- very happy with the move in process. New carpets and paint. Only issue would be common areas need some cleaning and updating. Would recommend this community.
