So far two years in I am still satisfied. My neighbors are pretty quiet and clean. There is ole ty parking near my door so I feel safe and it's convenient. The pool and playground are a plus - they are both small but I've never been crowded out so both are sufficient. The staff is very nice and maintenance is responsive and professional.

At the two year mark I have no major complaints. The apartment is spacious, the staff in all areas has been professional and friendly. The grounds are kept up well. It's an older place but maintained. They are starting some building make overs. The rent increase this year was minimal compared to other places I've heard about at $75 so no complaint there. It could use better laundry facilities but they are right in the building so convenient still. overall given the rent and all things considered, it's a very decent place and I will most likely renew for a 3rd year.

Having never lived in an apartment complex, I did not know what to expect but I have been pleasantly surprised here at Boulder. It's quiet, clean, and the staff is professional and responsive. While it's not the newest and most stylish in the decor or appliances, it is clean and well-kept and I chose it for the grounds and outdoor spaces - like the pool. There is a lot of grass and trees and it's kept up well. I have been satisfied and happy here my first year so far.

I am a new resident as of late 2021. So far I am pleased with the entire complex. I like my space, the staff here is professional, courteous and responds promptly. Parking is plentiful, and the grounds are taken care of and are very green. Yes, it's more dated than some, but the rents are reasonable and it's a large spacious property and it's taken care of.

It's been 2 months and so far very pleased with the staff, the condition of the apartment and the quiet atmosphere of the property. The residents portal makes communication easy and the staff is quick to respond
