Mmost Reasonable price around and it's near down town and my family which is the biggest reason. During Corona virus they we very accommodating and made it an easy transition in such a stressful time.

Great spot in nashua neighbors are great but the plowing was terrible you did it on week days when I was working and made it so hard for me to move my car and also my ac doesn't make my apartment cold
