Very good overall. Apartments though highly dated and old are functional for what they offer. Heater takes a long time to take effect during winters. Insulation of walls and windows is top notch. Kitchen is very very very small. Only 1 person can properly work inside.

Beautiful community and grounds are very well maintained. Apartments are slightly dated but okay. Maintenance is very responsive and quick. It's near majority restaurants and grocery stores. Love living here!

Moved in 1 month ago so far the experience has been very pleasant. The management is very effective in communication and takes maintenance very seriously. To my delight they have also undertaken the bush removal this summer which will really help get some view out of the windows. I really appreciate they doing that right away as I just moved in and I love that they are doing it right away. The community is super clean and very beautiful. So far I love it.
