Dream team!

Working with Julia Holtsberg and the Bozzuto team has been a dream. From day one of the application process they were there to help in any way they could. When it came down to the move in day they were helping reserve elevators and direct the movers where to go. The cherry on top of the cake was how they went above and beyond. I had a trip shortly after I moved in and expressed how I hadn’t found a boarding place/ cat sitter. Julia didn’t even hesitate to offer help! She checked on my cat every day for almost two weeks!! The whole team works on planning events for the residents to bring us together and have fun! Truly an amazing team!!!

Epicurean is a very classy, comfortable place to live

[Incentivized Review] The epicurean is A very comfortable warm, welcoming home with a professional knowledgeable staff. They all work very hard together to make the most pleasant living experience possible for the guest. Tonight they had shift Jarrett Cook up a Ragu duck for everyone. What a wonderful evening.
