Fire alarms are too easy to be triggered. Dear Breton Bayonne Management Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding the morning shuttle service from The Breton Bayonne to Grove Street. The shuttle is a valuable amenity for residents commuting into Jersey City, and I appreciate that the building provides this service. However, the current routing during morning rush hour is making the commute much longer than it needs to be. For example, this morning the shuttle took about 40 minutes to reach Grove Street, and this was just on a Monday when traffic is usually lighter than later in the week. Some observations and suggestions: The shuttle currently does not take the highway (toll route) during rush hour. Instead, it stays on the most congested local roads, which significantly increases travel time. Taking the highway/toll route would likely reduce the trip to around 20 minutes, roughly half the current commute time. The toll is only about $2.50 per trip. Even if the shuttle used the toll route for multiple runs during rush hour, the additional cost would likely only be around $20?$30 per day, which seems like a reasonable trade-off for significantly reducing commute time for residents. I recently moved here from the neighboring building Bay 151, where their shuttle uses the highway/toll route and typically reaches Grove Street in about 15?25 minutes during the morning commute. I also briefly spoke with the driver, who mentioned they are not allowed to deviate from the assigned route, even if faster options are available. Right now, spending 40?50 minutes stuck in traffic makes the shuttle far less efficient than it could be. It may be worth discussing with the shuttle service provider whether they can: Allow the shuttle to use the highway/toll route during morning rush hour, or Give drivers more flexibility to choose faster routes based on traffic conditions Many residents rely on this shuttle to commute to Grove Street, so optimizing the route during peak hours would greatly improve the usefulness of this service.     Nice if you have a dog , great neighborhood to walk . First floor apartments have good soundproofing , concrete. Maintenance team is good. Management ca be mean sometimes without giving any apologies .

      I love the apartment and how cleanly the gym and hallways are taken care of. However, I wish that management would respond more promptly and with tougher consequences on those who consistently let their pets urinate and defecate literally right in front of the garage entrance with no regards for others.

        It has been great. Everything has been clean and everyone is friendly. Great view on the water side. Leasing staff very helpful and maintenance is quick. Enjoy the close proximity to Costco and other great stores!

          very safe! The shuttle to the path train is a huge convenience for me. The internet service providers they recommended came quickly, were friendly, and professional. Love the concierge! Although we are getting a lot of packages for the holiday, she makes sure that the package room is organized as much as possible. Management also always answers my questions, even when they are busy.

            Pretty good. Its clean, quiet and the staff is helpful. Shuttle service is a plus. Have been living here for about 1.5 years now, cant complain. The only issue could be the walking distance to the light rail station for those who dont own a car.

              I recently moved into this apartment, and so far my experience has been good. The building is generally clean and the environment is calm. The staff has been respectful and responsive when needed. Everything has been working as expected, and overall it has been a decent place to live so far.

                Great onsite management and support team - friendly and responsive. Nice views of golf course, bridge and bay with wildlife. Walking distance to Coatco and Starbucks. Covered garage with assigned parking space.

                  Nice quiet community. Building and grounds are updated and clean. Rent is pricey but so is everything in surrounding area. I enjoy the waterfront walk, the gyms, and the pool. It is in a very up and coming area and centrally located to a lot of stores and restaurants.

                    Great apartments in a beautiful neighborhood right on the Hudson River. The building staff is very friendly and helpful. The community is vibrant and we enjoy living here. Highly recommend renting from The Breton.

                      Nice and clean, love the big bedroom and living room. Lounge is useless, we can't use it to entertain guests. I don't know what is it for. Sometimes the elevators aren't working and we aren't given an heads up.
