Great Experience From Start to Finish

We are truly pleased to share that our move-in experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, welcoming, and well-organized. Touring the property in person made a huge difference honestly, the website does not do it justice. Seeing everything up close, you can really appreciate the thought, detail, and care that went into the design and overall concept of the building. It is not only beautiful, but it feels intentional and well put together. One of the standout aspects has been the staff. From day one, everyone has been warm, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. There is a consistent sense of hospitality that makes you feel comfortable and valued as a resident. It creates a family-oriented atmosphere where you can tell they truly care about your experience and your comfort. A special mention goes to James, who gave us an amazing tour and made sure we understood everything the property has to offer. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel easy and exciting. The concierge team has also been great, always attentive, helpful with packages, and ready to assist with any questions. If they do not have an answer right away, they make sure to either get the correct information or guide you to the office for further assistance, which really stands out. Maintenance has been top-tier as well. Any requests we have had were handled quickly and efficiently, without long wait times. It is reassuring to know that things are taken care of promptly and professionally. The amenities are another highlight. The gym, in particular, is one of my favorite spaces. It is clean, well-equipped, and a place I genuinely enjoy spending time outside of my unit. Speaking of my unit, it is well-lit, spacious, and thoughtfully designed in every room. The overall feel is comfortable and truly feels like home. It already comes with a strong sense of warmth and design, and adding your own personal touch just makes it uniquely yours. And that is just one amenity, the gym. There are so many others throughout the property that really stand out. From the interior features to the outdoor spaces, everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully put together. It is honestly impressive and not something you find everywhere. Security and overall atmosphere are also important, and this property delivers. There is a strong sense of safety and peace, and the community so far has been respectful and welcoming. People speak, acknowledge each other, and contribute to a positive environment. Overall, the energy throughout the building reflects the energy of the staff, and that is what truly makes the difference. Their professionalism and care set the tone for the entire community. All in all, this has been a great experience for me and my son, and we are genuinely happy with our decision. This feels like a place we can call home for a long time, and we are looking forward to continuing our journey here. If you are considering it, I would definitely recommend seeing it in person. You will understand exactly what makes this place special.

A surprise

We were pleased to receive such a warm welcome from our personable as well as knowledgeable tour guide Mark. The construction and design is very desirable. I as a photographer am hoping to have one of my fine art prints gracing your walls. The outdoor space design is a gem for East Orange. The kitchen cabinets are spacious and the rooms are bright and cheerful. Love the gym. Linda Johnson

Luxurious Apartment

I went on a tour and it was a luxurious apartment, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The space is beautifully designed with modern finishes, high ceilings, and an open layout that feels both elegant and welcoming. Every detail from the quality appliances to the sleek fixtures shows that a lot of thought went into creating a high end living experience. The amenities are outstanding as well. The building is spotless, secure, and offers features that truly elevate everyday living. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations. If looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and convenience, I highly recommend checking it out. Most definitely one of the best properties I’ve seen.

AMAZING APARTMENTS

The pictures on the website does this property no justice at all. The property is absolutely amazing. From the studio to the 2 bedrooms . The apartments are spacious . I love how the studio has the bedroom closed off ! Great idea . The workout area will be my favorite part. I’m claiming an apartment there soon for myself and my son. I also love the room they have for parties and etc. like you don’t have to leave your home , just go straight to the room. You can also cook the food there also, can’t get no better than that . Great place , great atmosphere , good location .

Embark is fabulous!

While the website is great, it does not do the complex justice. I was totally amazed! The Embark complex is fabulous - like a 5-star hotel! The apartments have spacious floor plans. Even though there is still a lot of construction going on, you can see how wonderful the common areas are and so many amenities!
