The parking situation has become a major problem. It seems that parking spots were oversold, and now, existing tenants are losing their spots in favor of future tenants. This feels unfair and poorly managed. Additionally, the communication from the office has always been inconsistent and confusing. The threat of $50 fines for unbroken-down boxes in recycling feels excessive, especially without clear, reasonable communication beforehand. It seems like rules are being made up on the spot instead of being thought through. The overall management has been difficult to deal with

Regarding parking, we are actively reviewing our allocation process to ensure fairness for all residents. We'd like to discuss your specific situation in person to better understand and resolve any discrepancies. We would very much like to meet with you to discuss these issues in detail. Our goal is to find solutions that work for everyone and to improve your living experience here.
