I’m on the fence!

[Incentivized Review] I use the gym every day and it’s so cool: clean, big, well equipped. But in the summer months the pool is my fave! This summer I’d love to use the fire pits and barbecue areas more! I would love more events on the weekends!

    Good apartment community with brand new apartments. We moved in 2023 and the journey has been smooth so far. Would definitely recommend this community. Good connectivity to hillsborough, Princeton and bridgewater locations.

      I enjoy the apartment I live in. The open space and kitchen are top notch. I have been here for about a year now and plan to renew my lease for as long as possible. Everything about the community has been great.

        We love our new townhouse rental and community. We feel very comfortable. It's beautiful. It's been vey enjoyable so far. We love the modern clubhouse and feel like we have own own private gym. Well maintained

            I absolutely love where I live. Great amenities. Beautiful community. Great neighbors. Very quiet. Family and pet friendly. Great staff. Beautiful units. Wonderful town. Location is far enough but close enough to everything, though sometimes there really is no reason to leave!

              The maintenance was able to fix my shower and they are always in time therefore if I need help with any repairs I call them and they show up I love the view of the apartment makes me feel very welcome to be part of the Hillmont family and community

                Easy move in, lots of different apartment layouts available to rent. Great amenities (pool, gym, dog park) and they're kept clean and maintained well. Many different restaurants and shopping close by.

                      The staff is friendly, and the maintenance team is great. Parking is scarce for visitors, I suggest getting an apartment with a garage and driveway if in budget. The apartments are pretty standard for a modern luxury apartment complex, great appliances and no carpets unless you add them.

                          Verified Non remediated mold

                          To Make a long story short. management does not really care about the well-being of any of the tenants in this apartment complex. My unit is filled with mold do to a faulty HVAC system, as well as a unremediated roof leak. After having multiple outside, independent mold companies come in and test for mold all of which confirmed mold in the apartment management is still refusing To remediate the problem and are now threatening me with eviction if I continue to post these reviews I do believe most of the HVAC systems in the majority of units in this apartment complex have the same issue because of poor quality and most of the people living here will eventually realize that they’re becoming sick from mold toxins like I have. Management is the worst I’ve ever dealt with such incompetent and arrogant people. Beware with this apartment complex

                            I have lived at The Hillmont for almost a year now and I love it. Its the perfect place for my little family and I. The area is quiet which is something I really enjoy. The office and maintenance staff have always been friendly, attentive and professional. I have definitely told friends and family about looking into living at The Hillmont.

                                Wonderful Community

                                Living at The Hillmont has exceeded all expectations. The luxury apartments feature high-end finishes throughout, from the stainless steel appliances to the designer lighting and plank flooring. The open-concept layout and spacious outdoor space make entertaining a breeze. The Clubhouse is truly the crown jewel of the community. Between the state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, and elegant resident lounge with a coffee bar, there's always somewhere to relax or socialize. What sets The Hillmont apart, though, is the stellar staff. The office team is incredibly responsive and professional, while the maintenance crew handles requests promptly and efficiently. They've created a genuine sense of community, making this feel like home. Highly recommend The Hillmont to anyone looking for luxury apartment living in Hillsborough!

                                  This is a clean, nice and secure community. The management plans events for residents which make your stay more comfortable. I love the clubhouse and outdoor pits and the Gymnasium is my favorite, is a place where you can really exercise.

                                    The parking situation has become a major problem. It seems that parking spots were oversold, and now, existing tenants are losing their spots in favor of future tenants. This feels unfair and poorly managed. Additionally, the communication from the office has always been inconsistent and confusing. The threat of $50 fines for unbroken-down boxes in recycling feels excessive, especially without clear, reasonable communication beforehand. It seems like rules are being made up on the spot instead of being thought through. The overall management has been difficult to deal with
