My family has been here since the building first opened in 2016. I love it here. It's at the center of everything, great neighborhood, and food shopping is directly behind the building. We don't need a car here. We have all the mass transit anyone could want, within a few minutes walking: PATH, Light Rail, Ferry, and it's easy to get to New Jersey Transit commuter rail by taking the Light Rail just two stops. The amenities are great, and the staff have been handling the pandemic in an outstanding way. The only thing I miss is that for a while, we had doormen who were also security. Not sure why they don't have the doormen any more, but hopefully they will return. I still feel safe here, but the doormen were even more added safety and security. Oh, and one more thing for those interested -- there's an Episcopal church within ten minutes walk that flies the rainbow flag.
