We moved into BLVD 401 right before lockdown and arrival of our new baby. The way the staff and team handled the changing situation was professional, efficient and caring. Our apt is comfortable and spacious for our new family and we really feel like we are at home. We have enjoyed the amenities as we spend more time at home. We would recommend the property to anyone looking for something more luxurious in the Downtown Jersey City neighborhood.

The office staff was very responsive. Amenities are beautiful and we look forward to using them. We love the neighborhood (moved from across the street) and wanted to upgrade to something a little more luxe. We are happy to be part of the community
