This is a great community where the neighbors are friendly and respectful and the management company is very helpful. Additionaly maintenance is great and the building is always kept very clean. Plan to stay a while!

Great management who is there for the customers and want to make them feel happy. The building is kept very clean. The residents mainly stay to themselves. There are a bunch of events set up by the building for friendly gatherings.

The building is in a great location right by the Hudson river and the Path Station and local supermarkets. The building is very nice and has great common spaces. The apartments are very updated and feel very cozy.
