We've been here since it opened. It's a gem. We are in a real neighborhood (that is, you don't get the sense of being in a bedroom community for NYC.) The food shopping is a minute away by foot. And we got rid of our car after we moved here because there is every kind of transportation, including light rail, PATH, ferry, buses, Uber, Lyft. The building is well run and well maintained. The concierges are helpful. The amenities are nice. It's pet friendly and yet it's so quiet here.

Been here four years. We still love it. We especially appreciate the high quality of the doormen who act as security, and the great maintenance folks. Apart from that, the views are beautiful, the neighborhood is a real neighborhood (this is not in a sterile "bedroom community.") And there's mass transit all around. You don't need a car to live here.
