I've only lived here for 1.5 weeks- Move in was good. You can reserve a 2 hour window for the elevators and we needed to extend that time, no issue. Mail service seems okay this far. Our view of NY financial district is fantastic. Haven't had to wait too long for an elevator yet (3 elevators per building). The unit itself is nicely updated with new appliances. Washer dryer is very small though. Maintenance/concierge have been welcoming thus far. We do have to park our car on the 10th level which is annoying but the garage seems okay so far. Haven't heard our neighbors at all yet which is a big plus. Location is bit quieter than proper downtown and so close to the grocery store.
