Great building in a great area. Very close to PATH train (both Newport and Exchange Place stations are within 7-8 minutes walk. Shoprite is literally behind the building, along with BJs. WellsFargo and Bank of America are few minutes away.

Great building in a very convenient neighborhood. Close to transportation and to the riverside walkway. Very close also to the Mall and to bars/restaurant. The only complaint is that the recycling trash chute almost never works.
