Extremely bad experience: all they want is your money! AVOID this awful building! STAY AWAY from their leasing office as well as their management team. ????????????????????????? When I moved in, they charged me $1150 for the lease transfer. And when I moved out, they charged me $2800 for an insufficient notice fee and deducted over half of the deposit $884 for a cleaning fee. If you scroll through the reviews, you know this building is all about money with very poor management, sometimes you have to seek law service to protect yourself. The building tries to suck every single penny from you on all the things that don't even make sense! ??????????$1150???????????$2800???????????????????????????? To prove it, this is what had happened to us and why you should AVOID this building! Our lease end on 10/5. On 7/24, the leasing office sent us an "lease renewal offer" email, which is unnoticeable and went directly to the spam box. After a month, on 8/27, the leasing office followed up and asked us if we want to renew our lease or terminate it. This is when we finally saw the email and told them we want to move out. Then here comes the dramatic part! They forced us to extend our contract with them otherwise they'll charge us an insufficient notice fee (which is equivalent to our daily rent.) ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? This is ridiculous and I had to find a lawyer to see how we can deal with this situation.???????????????
