Love the space of my apartment and how clean it is. Water pressure is disappointing in the shower and all the faucets, wish the windows were clean. Compared to other buildings the elevators are slow and the amenities are lacking for the amount paid. But my rent is much cheaper with the deal I received so ok to forgo these issues. I don't like that I have to go outside to get to the gym. Lastly while the parking is free this year not sure I would want to park here. Takes 4 to 5 minutes to get to my space. Poorly designed garage.
