This place would be a 4/5 if the elevators where not constantly down. You will miss job opportunities, birthday, dance recitals, and probably a funeral or two waiting for one functioning elevator that is running. I will say though, if you are into fitness, your legs will never look better after the countless times you will give up and end up taking the stairs up 12-48 floors. Security used to be a 0/5 until a non-resident, murder suspect walked into the building to seek refuge. After two 5-hour manhunts where they locked down the entire building, they installed a key FOB on the elevator. Now any unwanted visitor just has to wait 1-5 minutes (assuming the elevators are running properly) for a resident to pop out of the elevator on the first floor. The view is great and they clean the communal grills daily, so it's not all bad. 2/5
