Went out of their way in terms of other matters I wasn't aware of in the apartment. Much appreciated that extra care and attention. And all was done very quickly. The guys are also very courteous when you see them around the building.

Beautiful building with great amenities. Super friendly and responsive concierge and management staff. Leasing agents were also very helpful and responsive. The apartments are slightly larger than others we looked at in this price range. We're very happy at The Devan!

I've had a fantastic experience so far. The staff is outstanding, the amenities are well-maintained, and the beautiful location is very convenient. The apartments are brand new, with a good design and all the neighbors are very friendly.

So far the staff has been super friendly and helpful. The package system is also state of the art which I love. The community is nice and clean and the noise level inside the apartment is minimal. The apartments are spacious and have nice features. I do wish the fridge had a built in water filter, but not a huge deal

This community is very beautiful with a lot of nice and new amenities available. The building feels safe, and the actual apartments are clean. The location is walkable into Hoboken, though it is a bit further from PATH trains (however, the building offers shuttle services at certain times of the day).

The Devan is an oasis of calm in Jersey City. That is what I felt when I took my tour of the building. The layout of the building feels homey. The gym is spectacular, every piece of equipment imaginable is available for use. Best of all is my apartment, clean, lots of storage space and plenty of room to move around. It is really a nice place to live.??

I have asked a number of times on how to work the wall theromostat. The super said on 6/4 that he didn't know how to use it and would contact the company. I also put a work order in on 6/4/24. I have checked in daily with the front desk as to why nobody has followed up. Still I have nobody to show me how to use it. I also have white dust coming out of my stove when using it. I put a work order in on 6/4 for that--still nobody has followed up. My windows were dirty when I arrived and asked for them to be cleaned. The super told me on 6/2 that he would clean them on 6/4. He didn't show, nor did he follow up to reschedule. Then, I went to the front desk on Monday asking why he didn't show or follow up. They said he hurt his back. Why wasn't there any follow up or communication. Then, he showed up on Tuesday with a swiffer to clean my windows. What?!!. I asked him were the proper window cleaning tools were. On move-in day, I was pleasantly surprised by the easy access to the building and the availability of ample parking space, which made unloading my belongings a breeze.
