    I've been living at The Hartlan for almost a year now and have had a great experience. The building is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff are consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled efficiently, with issues resolved in a timely manner. Overall, it's been a very comfortable and positive place to live.

      We love living here in the Hartlan. The community is nice and clean. The staff is friendly, honest and helpful. We feel safe here and we dont plan on leaving anytime soon. Would highly suggest moving into the Hartlan.

        Very quite community with a lot of amenities, we just need a pool lol. But everything is great, Elijah is very courteous and the people who can help you when you have an issue of maintainance they are great!

          Amazing apartment, amazing staff, amazing parking, amazing security, amazing maintenance, amazing everything. Local to many necessities, the train is basically 2 minute walk away, quiet complex, very well maintained.

            Clean building with great maintenance and office staff. Great access to NJ transit train at about 30 minutes to NYC. Several supermarkets and restaurants within five minutes drive. Recommended to friends.

                Office staff is very welcoming. My move went smoothly from the application process to moving in. The building is very clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff was very prompt in resolving the issue with my dryer and shower head.

                  Not a clean building, the hallways are filthy! Management raises rent and prices without raising quality. Elevators are constantly broken. Garage doors are broken frequently, leaving parking areas unsecured for months. Package room is a mess. Very little community engagement. I'd recommend elsewhere.

Our cleaning team services the building daily to maintain the hallways and common areas. However, if there are specific areas that you feel are not meeting expectations, we would be happy to review them and address any concerns directly. Regarding building systems such as the elevators and garage doors, we rely on specialized vendors to complete repairs as quickly as possible, and we continue to follow up to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.                     We are honestly struggling with new building management . Lack of communication, attentiveness and the building seems to be headed in the wrong direction. Prior to, I was very happy with management, Emily and Ania were exceptional and kept us well informed.

We truly value resident feedback and want to make sure you are receiving the information we send out. We regularly send building updates and important notices through email blasts, so we would like to confirm that you are properly opted in to receive those communications. In addition, we post announcements in the elevator and on the bulletin board located in the lobby. The bulletin board also includes a QR code that can be scanned for quick access to updates if you are on the go. Emily and Ania did a wonderful job supporting the community, and we are working to continue providing that same level of communication and service.
