Beware of this place!

I live here. Do not make the same mistake. The owners and management company are useless. There are many safety concerns that are not addressed. The police and fire department are here often.  They negligently left the heat off in the abandoned apartments and pipes froze and caused major damage. We now live in a construction zone. There is a mass exodus of renters leaving. Just look at how few lights are on in the property at night. You will see that it is almost an abandoned building.Â

    Not sure what happened before since I only moved in a few months back, but the new management has been awesome. They are quick with responding, super friendly, and there has been real progress and changes to the community.

      This property has gone downhill fast.

      Since the new management took over, this property has gone downhill fast. Communication is practically nonexistent. The elevators are constantly out of service, which is a huge problem in a multi-story building, and the garage doors are broken more often than they work. Tenants are not informed, and you find out when you go to use them. The pool, which has always been open until the end of September, was suddenly closed with no notice. The trash chutes smell awful, and it’s clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not a priority anymore. What used to feel like a well-maintained, comfortable place to live has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of care from management is obvious, and residents are the ones paying the price. I would not recommend living here unless major improvements are made.
