Friendly Staff
The Modera is great! The staff is so nice and I cannot wait for the resident events coming up! James, Caitlin, and Chloe are really nice and we’re really helpful during the leasing process. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful place to live at
Caitlin was so wonderful & helpful during the application and move-in process. The building is so beautiful and so clean. I couldn’t be happier with my apartment and my favorite room is the game room lol

Clean, safe, quiet
Thank you Chloe for being patient with my husband and I as we were navigating the move in process. It was a breeze and stress free. I moved from a very loud apartment complex and since moving in I have had THE BEST sleep. The community is a dog friendly place with friendly tenants. The amenities are vast with a gym, courtyards with grills, lounge areas, conference rooms/study rooms, and a roof top with seatings tvs and an outdoor kitchen top (no stove but has a sink and refrigerator). The community is super clean and safe. You have to have a key fob (or the app) to enter places. They have garage parking and a outdoor parking. I absolutely love living here and I look forward to coming to to such a beautiful place. Route 46, 80 and 280 are super close if you commute. This is the place to be :) clean, friendly, safe.

Staff is amazing and was so helpful throughout the move in process. The building is extremely clean and everything is beautiful, including all the common areas. Residents are all so welcoming! So many dogs!!!! Location is everything I could ask for. So happy we chose Modera

Caitlin has THE BEST customer service. The entire team is friendly and accommodating! Modera Montville is a beautiful building, with phenomenal staff, in a great location with easy access to everything. What more could you ask for!
