Not worth the spend.

Honest assessment: I’ve been here for almost 2 years and the only reason I re-signed my lease is because of proximity to work. The staff is highly unresponsive. The ceilings and floors are paper thin, meaning you will hear everything above you. You pay for â€œluxury apartmentsâ€� and they give sub-par facility amenities and struggle to maintain cleanliness or enforce their own leasing contract rules.
